  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Once a bank transfer payment is received, the order is final and cannot be cancelled.

  • Can other info be added to an invoice?

    Yes. Company details, tax information, PO numbers, or other billing details can be added before the invoice is finalized.

  • How does billing work?

    When an order is placed, our system generates an invoice with the order details and bank transfer instructions. The buyer completes payment by bank transfer according to the invoice.

  • How do I change my account email?

    Update it through your account portal. Verification may be required for security.

  • How does PriceMatters ship my products?

    Factories ship products to our local warehouse, where we prepare them for shipment to you. You choose your preferred shipping method — express, air, or sea — then view and pay the exact shipping cost in your portal.

  • How can I track my shipments?

    Tracking details will be provided where available through your account portal. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier, or customs delays.

  • How do I view and confirm shipping costs?

    Once your shipment is prepared, you can view the exact shipping cost in your portal. After you confirm, the fee is deducted from your escrow account. If the balance is insufficient, we will issue a new invoice.

  • Are delivery times guaranteed?

    No. Delivery times are estimates only. Factory lead times, warehouse processing, carrier delays, customs clearance, holidays, weather, port congestion, and other events may affect shipment timing.

  • What if my shipment is delayed, damaged, or missing?

    Contact PriceMatters support as soon as possible with your order number, tracking number, photos, videos, packaging evidence, and any other relevant details. Remedies may depend on carrier claim policies.
